Medics Motions, specialist in international mobility for healthcare professionals, is recruiting on behalf of a well-established private multidisciplinary hospital located in Tremblay-en-France (Greater Paris area).

As part of the development of its Intensive Care Unit, our client is looking for an Intensivist / Critical Care Physician (M/F) to join the team as a private practitioner.

• 5 high-dependency beds
• potential to expand by 5 additional ICU beds
• 1 department manager
• 1 full night-shift team
• nearly complete day-shift team
• recruitment ongoing for 3 additional full-time day positions
• long-standing pool of loyal temporary staff already supporting the unit

Terms and conditions

• private practice
• guaranteed income during the first year
• guaranteed fees of up to €20,000 gross
• 5% royalty (excl. VAT), with exemption for the first 6 months
  (review clause possible)
• comprehensive support with installation as a private practitioner:
  • Medical Council registration
  • tax simulation
  • administrative procedures linked to private practice setup

Profile required

To apply, you should meet the following criteria:

• EU medical degree in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care / Intensive Care Medicine
  degree eligible for automatic recognition in France under EU directives
• previous experience in intensive care / critical care
• minimum French level: B1
• willingness to join a long-term medical project in France
• motivation to work in a collaborative and high-standard clinical environment
• A higher level of French may be expected depending on the level of autonomy and the pace of activity within the department.
